For the past few months I have been unable to open or view documents in the Canvas app for iPad. When I try to click on any link or file (PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, URL, etc..) I get a white popup error that says:
"There was a problem accessing the requested file. Error: The operation couldn't be completed. (CKCanvasErrorDomain error 401.)"
I am able to access/download files if I log in to Canvas via the Safari app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have a 2018 iPad Air and the software version is 13.2.2.
