how do I generate a list of students who did (or did not do) assigned peer reviews?

Hello Guntis,

Are you talking about a Peer Review Assignment or a Peer Review Discussion?

If you are referring to a Peer Review Assignment - How do I use peer review assignments in a course? 

Specifically, from the section on View Peer Review Grades:

The Peer Review page for the assignment will show the names of students who have completed the peer review.

Likewise, if you are mean a Peer Review Discussion - How do I use peer review discussions in a course? 

In both cases, you have to go into the Peer Review page to see who is assigned which peers to review.

From the assignment page itself, you have a new item to select.. Peer Reviews:

Assigned peer reviews appear underneath the student names. A check mark [1] indicates a peer review as been completed. A warning icon [2] indicates a peer review still needs to be completed.

I just wanted to know if there's a quick table I can pull up showing who posted the two required peer reviews.

I figured out the long way to do this-- I just pulled up peer reviews for each assignment and manually counted who didn't have the check mark.
