Settings Question

How do I turn off the student notification that I as the instructor is in the course room. Is this through my settings? Thank you.

I'm not sure I totally understand your question.  All personal notifications can be configured by following the instructions found in this Guide: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13111-4152719738  Does this help?

I wonder if  @christine_f_sha  is talking about some kind of conference or chat system and she doesn't want students to get notified that she's in there. I don't use either, but I saw something about "rooms" the other day and it possibly referring to Big Blue Button conference rooms.
