Waypoint Assignments Being Marked Late

Hi,

My name is Brett Humphry and I have received a late notice on each of my Waypoint Assignments (five so far) but I turned them all in prior to the due dates. Why is this happening? I don't want this to affect my grades. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi,  @brett_humphry  Welcome to the Canvas Community! As you've posted this to a global forum where members gather to exchange their ideas about how to use Canvas software, it's highly unlikely that your instructor will see it. I suggest you copy and paste the text into a Canvas message and send it to the instructor directly, using the instructions in How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?‌

Hi Brett,

I, for one, am glad you posted your LATE dilemma.  I've also had two of the five assignments turned in on time marked as LATE.  I contacted my instructor, pointed out that they were not late, and he informed me that it is an automatic thing.  He suggested I contact Tech Support prior to the start of my next class, which is what I'm trying to figure out how to do via email.

Hey Brett,

I decided to call instead.  1-800-285-9796, Option 1.  The tech walked through all the steps to verify that I had submitted everything on time, and the tech was happy that I had informed my instructor, so the tech didn't see any problem.  I agreed that I had no problems since my instructor knew about my submissions; however, was this going to happen to me again in the future?  Why did this happen?  He said sometimes glitches (he didn't actually call it that though) happen during updates or maintenance.  I asked if this is an ongoing issue with their system that perhaps needs to be checked out.  He agreed to notify their senior engineers and let them know this was happening.  So Brett, I would email your instructor, and it probably wouldn't hurt to contact the tech support.  Maybe they'll be more ambitious....

We are having an issue too - the instructor doesn't change anything, out of the blue, ALL assignments for ALL students are marked late. It has been a nightmare. How can we fix this?
