I can log into canvas and see that I am enrolled in classes but the boxes that should be each of my classes is just blank and it will not let me click on anything to access my courses.

I just want to provide some clarification on your statement
I know right now there is some issues with Canvas (not official yet, but I'm hearing multiple users reporting the same issue)
If there are widespread issues for Canvas they will be posted to https://status.instructure.com/, so that's a great place for users and administrators to look. Also, some widespread current issues are posted to Current Issues once they have been confirmed by support.
We're not hearing of anything widespread at this time, so the reported issues you're hearing may be localized (or they may not), but please continue to work with support and allow those communication channels to work accordingly!

If you can't see your classes in the dashboard you can try checking ALL COURSES in the global navigation to see if the courses are published.
