student enrollment

I have a student that when I enrolled in the class her name shows as her email address instead of the students actual name. This messes up the grade book. how do I fix it?

If you are using a Free for Teachers version of Canvas, I would suggest searching for your answer in the Free-For-Teachers‌ focus group, and I will share our question there.

If you are using your school's paid Canvas account, then you will need to contact your school's Canvas Admin/Support department. they can revise the name and notify Registration to do same.
