How do I get a course to stop notifying me?

So I dropped some classes, but I'm still enrolled in their canvas courses. There seems to be no way to delete myself from the courses, but is there any way to stop these specific courses from notifying me every time something in the class happens without turning off notifications for all of my classes?

How do I set my Canvas notification preferences as a student? will show you step by step on how to change your notification preferences but keep in mind that the change will apply to your account overall and will apply to all your courses.
Best option would be to contact your local Tech department or click on Help then Report a problem since it sounds like your are still enrolled (active) in those courses that you have dropped.
