Hi Rhonda,
The first thing I would recommend is to ensure you are using one of the Supported Web Browsers. Also I know we have seen that sometimes the Safari web browser has issues with 3rd party LTI tools like the one that is probably being used to get to your text book. I would recommend using the Chrome web browser to see if that helps with both your quiz and text book issues.
