No courses on dashboard

Hello,
I am registered on course but when I log in to canvas it says you don't have any courses. I have done a password reset as someone advised but this has not worked either. I am due to go on a residential course where I have to have been through some of the modules on canvas but cannot do this at the moment. Please can you help me?

Hi Rina,
Sometimes a course may not be showing on your dashboard because the course is unpublished or in a future term that you may not have access to just yet. You can look to see if this is the case by viewing all your courses (https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10596-4212710333 ) If once you view all your courses you do not see the course listed you would need to contact your advisor again, the schools help desk or registrars office to get assistance with figuring out why you're not registered for the course in Canvas.
