Thank you for your prompt response. I have not made any changes to my profile. I still have followers and my information, but not any of my records, bookmarks, etc. Thanks again.
Linda, at the moment the platform appears to be experiencing some instability around profiles; as Chris mentioned, we're occasionally seeing error pages when accessing profiles (both our own and those of others). I too can see your saved bookmarks. We'll keep an eye on it.
Sometimes when I view my profile or view the profile of another Community member, I see "An unexpected error occurred." This is usually temporary, and I just try accessing the profile again, and it resolves itself. I was able to see all your saved bookmarks, Linda Lawson, as well as my own.
