I noticed earlier this week that I am back to level 0 with no points in the Canvas Community. It doesn't really bother me, but it does undercut me saying to my institution that I am a member of the Community and have been active off and on since 2015.
I found someplace (and I've done so much in the last few days I can't find the original source, GRR) the suggestion that it was a security issue with my browser that could be fixed by making sure my browser was updated. So, I checked and discovered Firefox needed an update and performed the update. But, still having the problem level 0, points at 0, can't see any quests (I think they are fun and I learn much from them).
I'm okay if I have to start from scratch, but I don't seem to be going anywhere and I'm not sure how I've broken my interaction.
And, yes, I tried logging out and logging back in.
