Recording in conferences

I have tried several times to record a conference.  I have clicked enable conferences in the settings.  I have tested microphone and enabled webcam.  I have clicked record and can see the timer counting as I record.  When I end meeting and conclude the conference it moves to completed conference.  the last conference I closed was 4 hours ago.  I have been waiting for the recording to appear in concluded conferences but it hasn't.  I read there might be an 18 inute delay but this is much longer.  I do not see the "carrot" that is supposed to be next to recorded videos.  

Please answer - my last questions was not answered.

Hi,  @shermana . You're not alone on this. Recordings using the default setup of Canvas Conferences are taking longer to appear than normal due to vastly increased usage of Conferences and recordings. This is a very fluid situation we have been trying to monitor as closely as we can and the latest information I heard was that it may take up to 24 hours for a recording to appear. If it takes longer than that the best thing to do is submit a support ticket so someone with more access can check on the recording's status.

I know it's not ideal and we're working hard to reduce that processing time, but I hope this helps. If you are able to share a link to your previous question, I would be happy to take a look at that one as well.
