Can I embed a link to a video file in Media Gallery from Pages or Modules?

Hi, I am migrating a lecture class online. I will use either Pages or Modules to organize my class sessions. I have created numerous voice-over Powerpoints, recorded via Zoom and uploaded to My Media. I would like to embed links to these videos so that students can easily find them and access them asynchronously. I'm not sure whether I should use Pages or Modules for this purpose, as these videos will comprise the main content of the course, and I need guidance on how to create links to Media Gallery, as it doesn't seem to appear in the Rich Editor Content sidebar under Links.
