Authenitcation fail

I am an instructor and 3 of my students have not been able to authenticate. Can I authenticate for them on my end? Thank you!

Are they trying to authenticate into Canvas itself, or the mobile app?  

Supported Web Browsers‌ is a great first step in troubleshooting.  https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10476 may also be helpful to them.

A teacher cannot authenticate for a student.

I am checking with the students, many are having difficulty with internet connectivity this week.

If it is through Canvas itself is there something I can do to help them through my end?

student says she's working from a desk top and using same browser she has used in past, but it's not working today

I saw your emails first thing this morning.  I'll take a look at the student accounts and see if I can see anything obvious.  If not, we'll work on getting them connected with support!

Thank you. The course closed on Saturday. For some reason they could not authenticate, but they were able to access the final quiz. What they couldn't do is upload their final project. Many of them sent me their projects via email and I was able to grade their work.
