Uploading in Studio

Using Studio.  I made a video that is 29 minutes long.  I have made 6 others and they uploaded with no problem. This one is taking forever, and then it is saying check for virus or connection.  I have tried 3 times and it only get to about 50%.

I am afraid to lose this 30 minutes of reading.
