Hi Darcel -
You have a few options! You could use the Rich Content Editor and add it directly. You could upload a video to your course files, and then link using the Content Selector. You could also use the embed code from YouTube or Vimeo. What's awesome is that this process will work in Announcements, Assignments, Discussions, Pages, etc.
