Syncing a Blueprint -Reporting Exceptions

All of a sudden some of the changes made in the blue print are not getting pushed out to the linked classes. I seems to be a content issue. Some changes are able to be pushed out form the blue print, however, others aren't. The ones that have worked are mostly recorded as
Created Applied
Updated Applied
and the changes that are not working
Updated 2 exceptions
This has happened at our school or in our faculty 3 times now. We are having to copy the blueprint, delete it and then create another blueprint with the copied info. Is this a glitch in Canvas or a setting issue. There was another person that has had the same issue asking a very similar question "Exception when syncing blueprint"
