Item Banks in New Quizzes

I am having a hard time creating item for item bank in new quizzes. After I have created the item, it's impossible to edit.

Hi  @thomad1  and welcome to the Community!  Just curious, but are you adding questions and trying to edit them through the Manage Item Banks or Item Banks link option?  I just tested (PC running Chrome) and it appears as though I can edit a question in either the Manage Item Banks or "Item Banks" link, but were interested in which link you used to access the question banks.  Was this a question bank you created from scratch and have you tried on another web browser?  Also, when you add the question in the question bank, are you given any of the menu options below?
