Creating a Quiz

Good Morning

Trying to create a quiz however it seems that the submission type is stuck in external tool with a link still in the box.  I do not want this submission type for this quiz.  Please advise - I have made numerous quizzes but do not understand why its stuck now.

Hi,  @23662  Welcome to the Canvas Community! When you initiated the quiz creation process, did you select "New Quizzes" from a screen that looks like what is displayed in the Choose a Quiz Engine screenshot in this lesson? If you did, External Tool will be enabled automatically and cannot be changed, since New Quizzes is built as an external tool. If you meant to create a quiz in the New Quizzes tool, you can proceed and build the quiz.

If you want to backtrack and go back to using Classic Quizzes, re-initiate the process, this time selecting "Classic Quizzes" from the popout.
