GOOD MORNING!

While have used BigBlueButton last year, when I uploaded it for a new course, cannot activate it.  Any suggestions??

HI  @drdrew_hageman1  Thank You for your question.

This puzzles me as Big Blue Button is already built into your Canvas courses.

It ought to activate straight away. As you have already used it you will be familiar with it.

I am wondering if you approach Canvas Support with this one. How to contact Canvas Support
