Canvas shows a dropped class

I dropped a class from my college account, but it still shows on Canvas. But I cannot see the class from my college account again. I am not sure whether I have dropped it successfully.

Dropping a class using the Drop This Course button will not remove your enrollment completely, it will only move it to the Past Enrollments section.

Hello, Kelvin. Thank you. It shows on my current class list, it is on the dashboard. I dropped my class from my Lancerpoint account, that is my college account. I didn't drop it from Canvas. But usually, when I drop a class from Lancerpoint, it will disappear on Canvas too. So I don't know whether I have dropped it successfully or not. And I didn't find the Drop This Course button.

This is a question that Community members won't really be able to directly help you with, unfortunately.  We do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question.  This is most likely an enrollment issue at your school, so I would highly recommend that you reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone at your school's Online Learning/eLearning department so they can help you get things sorted out.  Good luck!
