By chance, are you using Google Chrome for your web browser? If so, on the address bar of the browser, on the far right side of the screen, there is a star icon. When you are trying to use your camera, do you see an icon to the left of the star that looks like a video camera? If so, try clicking on that icon to see if you can change the source of the camera/microphone. That may help to resolve this issue.
