Submissions from ipad

Hi! 

I am taking Calculus online at Clark College, Vancouver WA this Spring2020. We have to do daily submissions of a picture with our lecture notes. This is the only submission I do from my ipad, since it is easier to take pictures. However, I had a problem where I submitted my work, and then the submission was no longer there and neither me nor my teacher can see the file the next day. I got so many points taken off because of that. Could you please see, if there is something wrong with the way my submissions are saved. I also use a russian language website setting.

Hi Maria,

None of us here in the Canvas Community will have access to look at your school's instance of Canvas, but I want to ask if you are using the Canvas Student App?  From my knowledge it would be difficult to submit a picture on an iPad using Safari, but with the Canvas Student App it's fairly simple.  I don't know if the app supports using Russian as a language though.  Here are a couple of guides which might help for submitting images using the Canvas Student App.
