I had a login problem in 8.May 4:30~6:00. I could not log in to the Canvas so I requested a new password but I could not get any email in 30 mins even though there was a notice that it was going to take about 30 minutes.
I was in my exam time at the time, and I was unable to take the exam because of the login problem, but can you prove that there was a problem with my account? I have to submit it to school. It's a difficult request, but I hope you can help me.
