How is to that there is zero tech support? I have searched Canvas and all I get is crowd sourcing, with no ability to reach tech support ????
Robin, the resources that display on the Help menu are customized by your school based on their agreement with Canvas. I can see the aforementioned telephone and chat support options on the Help menu, and clicking on the Help link that displays under the login screen also reveals them: Log In to Canvas
Upon searching the Salem State website I found this page:

Robin, are you a teacher at Salem State? I ask because the Help menu for Salem State lists 24/7 toll free numbers for Faculty Canvas Support and Student Canvas Support, as well as live chat and report-a-problem options. When you're logged into your Canvas instance, click on the ? in the global navigation at the left side of your screen to display those.
