Group Assignment marking

I have set up groups in canvas.

those groups have submitted their assignments.

they are about to be marked.

When I look at marks, some people have a green mark beside them (presumably indicating that their group has submitted), some have a yellow, and some have nothing.

What have I done wrong?

How do I fix it before my tutors start marking 130 students?

Hi,  @grahamcostello . I am trying to think of where you are currently looking in Canvas to see the green and yellow checkmarks. I did not see these in the guide, How do I use the icons and colors in the Gradebook?  Could you share a screenshot that might help us know where in Canvas you are?

I am in courses, gradebook. And the column I am referring to is Digital Group Project.

Thanks for that extra information  @grahamcostello . Now that I can see those green and yellow indicators, I am able to match them with the information in the guide, https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-26423-how-do-i-use-the-icons-and-colors-in-the-gradebook Those are Turnitin report indicators.

One more question please.

I have 130 students, they have been allocated into groups of approximately 5. Each group has submitted an assignment. One person in the group has done this on the group’s behalf. When I look in grades. Some group members are missing confirmation that they have submitted. By that I can see that grades is showing that they have not submitted but I can see their group has submitted and I can see their name in their group. Only appears to have happened with half a dozen groups.

We have started marking. It would be good if we could sort this soon so that the group marks flow through to all group members.

I'm not sure about this one. I would recommend creating a new question which will help it gain more attention from others who might have ideas.
