Deleted Quiz- can I find and use it again?

I deleted a quiz accidently, can I rescue the quiz from the assessment I was creating? How do I do this?

Hi - If you saved the quiz at some point, there is a chance that you can rescue it. (Undelete‌) It's one of my favorite "Canvas secrets", and it has saved me a lot of frustration over the years.
