Hi @kailynfoote13 and welcome to the Canvas Community! Is Web 2.0 a particular program that your school uses? If so it may be best to contact someone at your school to see how to access this technology.
Normally I think of Web 2.0 as described here, Web 2.0 - Wikipedia:
" Web 2.0 (also known as Participative (or Participatory)[1] and Social Web)[2] refers to websites that emphasize user-generated content, ease of use, participatory culture and interoperability (i.e., compatible with other products, systems, and devices) for end users."
I'm not sure this fits your particular need, but let us know if this is helpful or perhaps a bit more information on what you are trying to do!
