Thank you for submitting your question! Are you using the Canvas Student app or are you using a browser on your phone? If you are using a browser, there are some limitation that you will want to be aware of. Here is a guide that lists the requirements and limitations for using Canvas on a mobile browser: Canvas Limited-Support Guidelines for Mobile Browsers
