Tool Placement Issue

1.Placements shows as "No Placements Enabled" 

This is regrading creating an external app. This is the page I have used to create a new tool. 

And this the form that I used. 

There are four options in Configuration Type and usually we are using   By URL or paste XML options. I have attached xml file that I have used below.  

 As you can see platform field, I have added as  pearson.instructure.com. But for this lms we are using a building block and https://canvas-stg.stg-prsn.com is the base url of it. But the thing is if I added platform as canvas-stg.stg-prsn.com, tool says “No Placements Enabled”. Below I have attached the difference between placements.

Only the change the that I have did is platform url. Can you please investigate this?  

We cannot continue our works . So can you please look on to this?  

If you could pay immediate attention is great full since our perf test is blocked now.

I'd recommend sending this into our partner support team here at Instructure so we can view the items that were scrubbed in the images above and assist. It may be easiest to submit this as a support ticket from your Canvas sandbox and they can promote this question up to the appropriate team.
