Test availability times

If a test is available between 09-11 and the time that is allowed for the test is 90 minutes, but due to technical difiiculties, the student cannot start until 0945, will the test remain open until they finish the exam????

In other words is test availability only refer to the time the test is available to access and start the test????

No.  The test availability will end the test no matter what time the student began and how much time is remaining per the 'test-time' setting.  The availability time is the overriding setting which is why it is recommended to give students a modest window to accommodate life.
