Is there an option to have an ¨other¨ as a choice on a multiple choice quiz/survey where students can write in a response?

Sorry to see that your question hasn't had a response since you first posted back in late May 2020.  Unfortunately, I do not believe this is possible for multiple choice questions...for either classic Quizzes or New Quizzes ... per these Guides:
