The answer to your question is...maybe? In Canvas (your school must refer to it as "e-Campus"?), there is a hidden "undelete" feature that might be of help to you. Please check out the blog post called Undeleting things in Canvas by @hollands . Hopefully, you'll be able to recover some or all of your content. Good luck!
