The discussions option will not allow me to mark my discussion "graded." Why not?

Hi @mgiuffri this could depend on how you have set up the discussion. 

Have you followed the steps in this guide which refer to creating a graded discussion? 

Then did you follow this step by step guide to how to grade them?
