Peer Review

It's my understanding that in assigning peer reviews only the reviewee (person submitting the work reviewed) and the instructor(s) see all of the reviews and the points/grade the instructor assigns to the work.  Can all of the peer reviewers see the instructor's comments and the grade assigned to the work (which would be a FERPA problem)?
