When I access the login page to complete the daily checkpoints, it just comes up solid blue. I have been trying all day. I am not having problems with any other website. Does anyone have any advice?
Annetta, early this morning Canvas was experiencing some issues, but it's been fine since around 7:00am central time. You can check the overall status of Canvas on the following page - Canvas Status. Yet, that doesn't mean that your specific Institution isn't experiencing issues. To double check if your Institution is having problems you would want to contact your local Canvas support. I couldn't tell what Institution you were from so I wasn't able to help find your Canvas support information.
