When I export my current gradebook, the individual assignments are not showing, only columns for the totals. I have followed the same steps in the past and everything was included.
Kay, there have been various reports of this happening and in most cases it seems like the best course of action is to submit a Canvas Support ticket. If you haven't already done this, my recommendation is to go to your gradebook, click the Help link, and "Report a Problem." Explain what your issue is and make sure to include as much detail as possible.
Just to check the obvious - are the assignments published? I just checked, and an unpublished assignment doesn't appear to show on an export.
I reported this same problem to Instructure on 10/7/15. They said it was a current bug that they are working on and that they would let me know when they had any updates. I was calling today to get the status since I still hadn't heard back yet.
Hi Erin - I took a look at your ticket and the engineering ticket and it is currently in progress by one of our engineers. I'm not sure on timeline but our support team will notify you when it's been fixed or your CSM can keep you updated on the progress.
