When did you get rid of chat support? OR is it buried somewhere in the support section? That was a nice, valuable, feature.
KRISTIN, per the Canvas Support page at your Institution - http://online.pasadena.edu/faculty/canvas-support/ - it appears your options for 24/7 support for Canvas are only by email and phone. Per Seth's information above, your Institution changed their contract and is no longer using chat support, only email or phone.
What Stefanie meant by "Service Cloud" is Canvas Support. Service Cloud is the new name/product being used to manage Canvas Support Tickets. If you are an Instructor (and not a Canvas Admin) at your Institution then the name really wouldn't mean anything and doesn't matter, it's still Canvas Support like you've always known it!

I'm not sure what you mean by service cloud. PCC use to offer chat support. I used this service a great deal when I was setting up online course activities. It was extremely convenient.
