Some of my students have not been able to see the assignments via their Canvas apps on their phones. How can I help them resolve this problem?
There was another report of this earlier today and Ryan Seilhamer mentioned that a new release was pushed out to attempt to resolve the issue. (Students can't see assignments from the Canvas iOS app?) Can you ask your students to check for an update and see if the problem still exists?
Kristy, are your students still having this problem or did the fix Adam suggested work for them?
