Sometimes I'm asked by an instructor to verify all student access to items that occur in a previous term as the student access reports show only the last time they were accessed. Lately I've had to do this for a course that ended 3 months ago. In the UI under student access reports for a specific course it shows dates that aren't included on the CSV file download when I access the student's account. Is this a hard-set limit on the page view logging service of Canvas as to the number of records? If so what is this and can it be overcome without escalation to Instructure?
