I log into CANVAS; then into a specific course, and I cannot access any of the assignments. I am an instructor at Lethbridge College. I have been doing this way for 2 years so please help.
Murray, I searched your school's website www.lethbridgecollege.ca and by clicking on the Canvas link at the top of the screen and then on the Help link that appears directly below the login screen, I was able to find the number for you in the dropdown, next to the text that reads: Canvas Support Hotline.
Murray, there are a lot of variables inherent in your question. By and large, the members of the Canvas Community don't have access to your school's Canvas instance nor to your particular course(s), so it might turn out that you will need to contact an admin at your school who can look at your account and figure out why you are not able to access the assignments in the course(s).
My first thought is that the course you're trying to access has been [erroneously] concluded, perhaps by admins at the account level. You might want to check the Settings tab for the start and end dates that have been set for the course. Again, your school's Canvas admin is in the best position to diagnose this. Let us know what happens!
Is there no phone number for assistance anymore with CANVAS support? I could not find it anywhere.
