What's this "Pumpkin Smash" that many of the Instructure crew participated in, and how can I get access to those sweet sweet community points?
Pumpkin Smash was an internal campaign designed to help our customer success managers, product managers and a few others become more community oriented. Instructure employees competed with each other on teams to answer community questions and participate in discussions. Many commented that they have a new found appreciation for the skill and devotion of the Canvas Coaches and a better understanding of the wealth of information and opportunities for contact with members of our community.
Out of curiosity, where did you hear about Pumpkin Smash?
I think that "Pumpkin Smash" was a brilliant idea for orienting new staff to customer service and Canvas trials, tribulations and triumphs! "Here are our customers, and this is what is on their minds!"
