Why won't canvas post to PowerSchool? It was working, and it quit AGAIN.
We are currently experiencing a bit of a backup in the processing queue due to a high number of grade passbacks for various PowerSchool customers, our current wait time is about 5 minutes but it may get longer as people are trying to get everything in before the holiday.
Lynn Long, I did it about 5 times today and it worked fine. Do you have the SIS feature checked? I know that's basic, but . . .
Also, I have found that I have to reload my web page for Powerschool in order for the new grades to show up/download (if you have to DL PS, that is).
Lynn, If you're still having problems with this you might want to contact technical support at your school. There could be something wrong on the Powerschool side of things.

Unfortunately it's sometimes hard to trouble-shoot a problem when we can't see exactly what's going on. Have you tried contacting Support at your Institution to see if they can help with this issue?
Of course, but because it is only happening to me, they conclude it’s CANVAS’s problem.

They have, and it has done no good,unfortunately.
