How can I link to an image in Canvas so that the students can download it versus imbedding it in a page?
Sheila, students can download an image embedded in a page by right-clicking on it and selecting "Save image as..." (in Firefox and Chrome). If you don't want the image itself to display in the page, you can select the Files tab from the Insert Content editor to link to it as a file (instead of embedding it as an image through the Images tab).

It would be nice to have a preview option on images like PDF preview.
