Dose someone knows how to make In-video quiz?
Are you looking at adding video questions to a quiz or having students answer with a video? Are you looking for videos as answers to questions?
Most of these are doable using the Rich Content Editor in the quiz tool or when you create a question.
How do I record a video using the Rich Content Editor?
There are a number of different tools out there for creating quizzes embedded into video lessons. One I'm pushing with my faculty currently is Office Mix. It's a plugin for PowerPoint that also interfaces with Canvas nicely using an LTI. Responses to questions within your Mix presentations can be automatically graded and passed into the Canvas gradebook. Another one that I've seen work well is Zaption. I don't believe there's an LTI out there for it, but you can embed your video lessons into a Canvas page or within the Canvas assignment details.
I hope others chime in with some video tools they've used with Canvas!
Could you please share more details regarding the use of Office Mix for quizzes and and the passing of the grading into Canvas?

Zaption is great, as is TedEd.
Alma, it looks like your question will elicit multiple responses, and since there won't be a single answer that can be marked "correct," I'll change the format here to an open-ended discussion.
We just had a demo from Kaltura that demonstrated a feature they're rolling out soon, that allows you to overlay a quiz question in a video. So your students watch part of a video, then have a quick knowledge check, then the video continues.
It seems pretty lightweight and I don't think it feeds back into the gradebook, but it certainly looks interesting.
