My university recently signed on with Canvas and we will be implementing Instructor Insight & Dropout Detective from The specified item was not found. in the next few weeks. For those of you who currently use these tools, any "best practices" or suggestions that you can pass on to me? How are you using the data and following up on it, particularly with faculty data? Which people in your organization are responsible to look at the reports and follow-up on them? What protocols or workflows do you have in place that allow you to get the most out of the data? Any action plans that you have in place as a result of the data? Thanks for the suggestions!
