What is lost when content is shared to commons?

I'm wondering where I can find a list of features that will survive the 'share to commons' process. I'm assuming that content that relies on custom css or js will be broken, but that isn't necessarily so. Also, if I install an External Tool requiring a key and secret for grade passback, and then create an assignment using it, can that be shared with commons? Will the external tool be included in the import? Is there a list somewhere? I'm willing to figure this out by trial and error if necessary, and will record my findings here, but obviously it would be better to just link to whatever documentation Instructure has provided, if any. I had no luck searching the Commons Guide. All I found was a list of supported file types.
