I am getting a "Invalid SIS app token" message when trying to post to powerschool? We are new to Canvas and trying to integrate our gradebook.
The SIS app Token is a setting on the back end of Canvas that is set up by your implementation consultant. If this is incorrect a new token must be generated and added to your instance of Canvas. For you and anyone else that gets this error reach out to your CSM or IC immediately and we can fix it very quickly.
