I had sent an email to a teacher, and I noticed I had a new email notification but when I clicked my inbox, it didn't show any new ones, what happened?
If you are in your Inbox and it is showing 1 new message but there is no new message, you Inbox counter will need to be reset. This can only be done by contacting Canvas Support from the Help menu. You can select the Report a Problem link to create a support ticket.
