Is there anyway to record my voice reading the questions and answers to a quiz I created?
Yes. You can leave feedback on quiz questions:
1. Correct answer comments
2. Wrong answer comments
3. General answer comments
To do this once for everyone, select the general answer feedback and click on the Record / Upload media button:

Jennifer Caligan, were you wanting to record feedback, or the actual quiz questions and answer choices?I did some searching and found that using the RCE record media option isn't available for quizzes, but then I also found a feature idea that is open for voting right now, Quizzes and media recording that addresses this.
At our school, our accommodations office uses the Natural Reader program to accommodate students who need tests read, which seems to work pretty well. Some of our instructors also use Dragon Naturally Speaking, and we have some students who use JAWS.
